[Howling Blaster]

Hate: Blue outline on the digimon, super distracting and burns my eyes
Love: Color palette, the background has some really nice soothing tones

Awesome for the feedback! i was worried that the outline was too bright so i'm glad that you said something. The next one i do won't be so bright.

I think I get the concepts, but it's hard to tell because it's so blurred, honestly just don't use the default photoshop effects when you're drawing/painting in photoshop, they almost always look cheap/distracting.
Just keep practising and stop using photoshop filters/effects and you should do good.
(Guy on the left has cool mecha boxing gloves? and dude on the right has badass laser whip?)
Ps: not trying to be a douche, I honestly just want to help :s

Only filtet I used was the poster one and that was to bring down the blurry default brush. Is there some way I can mahe the default brush less blurry. And yes you got the ideas of the characters down. Ps youre not being a douche, I need all the help I can get.

Like the idea or concept of the image alot, it is a bit muddy/dark though, still very cool.

Looks good, my only gripe with it is how distracting the big thing behind her is, otherwise good stuff.

Yeah, I debated on completely erasing it, too. It almost looked better all on its own, or just with the wings + hourglass.
